Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Software Developer/Architect who can quickly adapt, serve as a point of reference for the IT team, and take a hands-on approach to development and architecture. The ideal candidate should be a collaborative leader who actively engages in development tasks while guiding the team through technical challenges. You will also be in direct contact with the Management regarding road maps and vision regarding choices of software development and architecture.

Responsibilities:
